Refund Policy

Infinity Within is committed to providing high-quality, thoughtfully created resources. We value our customers and strive to ensure a positive experience with every purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.

That said, if you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase or believe there has been an error, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive what you purchased as intended.


Physical Products

Return Eligibility

Return requests for physical products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

Return approval must be obtained from our customer service team before any item is sent back


Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Approval Process

Before returning a physical product, please contact our customer service team to request return approval.
Approved returns will receive return instructions.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect item sent)


Shipping Issues and Carrier Responsibility

We take care in packaging all physical products prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, delivery and handling are managed by the shipping carrier.

Any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Proof of damage or defect may be requested.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
