By participating in the Infinity Within Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Affiliate Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

1. Program Overview

The Infinity Within Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting eligible Infinity Within products using a unique affiliate link or tracking method provided by the Company.

2. Commission Structure

Digital Products

Affiliates earn 50% commission on qualified sales of eligible digital products, including but not limited to downloadable resources, toolkits, audio products, courses, and digital programs.

Commission is calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees.

Physical Products (PTSD Anxiety Kits)

Affiliates earn a flat commission of $15 USD per qualified PTSD kit sale.

This flat rate applies regardless of discounts, bundles, or promotions unless otherwise stated in writing.  This product may only ship in the USA until further notice.  Commission only relevant to USA sold and completed transactions Infinity Within reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions for transactions that do not meet the definition of a Qualified Sale.

Commissions are earned and payable only on successfully collected and settled funds.

3. Qualified Sales & Commission Eligibility

A Qualified Sale is a completed purchase that meets all of the following conditions:

General Requirements
To be considered a Qualified Sale, the purchase must:
•Be accurately tracked through the Infinity Within affiliate system
•Be successfully collected and settled (not pending)
•Not be refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back
•Not be fraudulent or self-referred
•Comply with all terms of this Affiliate Program Agreement

Commissions are earned and payable only on successfully collected and settled funds.

Commission-Eligible Products

Digital Products

Affiliates worldwide may earn commission on eligible digital products

Digital product commissions are paid at 50% of the net sale amount

Net sale amount excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees

(Physical Product)

PTSD Kits

Commission is paid at a flat rate of $15 USD per qualified PTSD kit sale

PTSD kit commissions are available only for sales shipped within the United States

Affiliates outside the United States are not eligible to earn commission on PTSD kit sales outside of USA

Products That Do Not Qualify for Commission

The following purchases are not commission-eligible:

Hard copy / printed books (paperback or physical formats), regardless of buyer location

Any physical products sold or shipped outside the United States

Purchases made by the Affiliate for personal use

Purchases that violate these terms or applicable laws

There is no commission paid on hard copy books within the United States or internationally.

Geographic Restrictions

Affiliates outside the United States may earn commission only on digital products

Physical products are commission-eligible only where explicitly stated in these terms

Affiliates outside of the United States are bound by their local laws and governance and required for self-regulation and compliance

Disqualified Transactions

No commission is earned on:

•Refunded or returned purchases
•Chargebacks or disputed transactions
•Failed or incomplete payments
•Transactions that cannot be reliably tracked
•Sales generated through prohibited marketing practices

Infinity Within reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions for transactions that do not meet the definition of a Qualified Sale.

4. Payment Method & Schedule

Payment Method
All affiliate commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal to the PayPal account provided by the Affiliate.

Minimum Payout Threshold
A minimum payout balance of $25 USD is required before commissions are issued. Balances below this amount roll over to the next payment cycle.

Payment Timing
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid once per month, typically during the first week following the close of the calendar month, after all applicable refund and dispute periods have cleared.

Payment timing may vary due to weekends, holidays, or PayPal processing delays.

5. Independent Contractor & Tax Compliance

Affiliates participate in the program as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Affiliates are solely responsible for:
• Reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
• Providing any required tax documentation as required by law
• Maintaining compliance with tax reporting requirements

Infinity Within reserves the right to withhold payments if required tax information is not provided.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:
• Use only approved affiliate links and materials
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Represent Infinity Within products honestly and accurately
• Promote products in an ethical, trauma-informed, and non-coercive manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:
• Use spam, mass unsolicited emails, automated outreach, or purchased contact lists.
o One-to-one, manual outreach by email or direct message is permitted, provided it is professional, relevant, non-deceptive, and stops immediately if the recipient requests no further contact.
• Make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial claims
• Imply guaranteed healing, results, or outcomes
• Misrepresent Infinity Within or its products
• Use deceptive, manipulative, or high-pressure sales tactics
• Use Infinity Within trademarks or brand terms in paid advertising without written permission

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Affiliate Access to Digital Products

Approved Affiliates may be granted complimentary access to select digital products for the sole purpose of review, education, and ethical promotion.

This access:
• Is for personal use only
• Does not grant resale, redistribution, or sharing rights
• May be provided through an affiliate-only coupon or access method

Misuse of affiliate access, including multiple downloads beyond personal use, sharing access, or distributing materials, may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Infinity Within promotional materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Infinity Within.

10. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon affiliate approval and continues until terminated.

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:
• Affiliate links and promotional materials must be removed
• Use of Infinity Within branding must cease
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a breach of this Agreement

11. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Within shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

12. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue for any disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Agreement Updates

Infinity Within reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Affiliate Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Affiliates are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in their country, state, province, or jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

Advertising and marketing laws

Affiliate disclosure and consumer protection requirements

Email, messaging, and privacy regulations

Tax reporting and income declaration obligations

Infinity Within does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice to affiliates and makes no representations regarding compliance obligations in any specific jurisdiction.

Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations may result in removal from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

By participating in the Infinity Within Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
